The sun is shinning again and it’s finally warming up enough to be outside. Take advantage of the extra daylight and the rising temperatures to get out and get some exercise. Not only will it help you trim up after a long winter indoors, but exercise will help you focus better, will help your heart, and will make you healthier and happier overall. Take a walk or jog, jump on a bike, or play a sport, and don’t let these beautiful spring days pass you by.
