The Legacy Retreat 2015 dates have been extended due to potential late arrivals, giving qualifiers one more day to enjoy the magnificent Atlantis Resort and surrounding attractions.

The Western Regional Synergy Symposium officially kicks off tomorrow, October 23, and Drew & Lynn Manning of Fit2Fat2Fit will be there to share their incredible story.

At the end of September, the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) sent letters to multiple direct sales companies regarding improper product claims made by their independent distributors, specifically on independent websites and through social media. These letters detailed specific examples of inappropriate marketing behavior, along with an overall directive to correct and prevent them immediately. These warnings highlight an all-too-common practice that is unfortunately not restricted to these three marketers; the practice of using exaggerated, unsupported and sometimes unsafe claims to promote products.

Starting November 1, the Synergy Customer Service department for North America (US, Canada) will no longer open on Saturdays. Remember, you can place orders, change Autoship settings or complete enrollments online at anytime. Emails sent on Saturdays and Sundays to hotline@synergyworldwide.com will be answered in the order by which they are received beginning the following Monday.

Additionally, please be aware that on Wednesday, December 10, the department will close two hours early (6 pm MT) to allow agents to attend the company holiday party.

Beginning Monday, October 27, Synergy will be requiring customers and Team Members to submit their CVV code when placing an online order. This new requirement is being made to increase the security of online orders for the benefit of the company and customers alike.

Additionally, customers making orders over the phone with the help of our Customer Service agents will be asked to verify the CVV number on their card.

The CVV ("Card Verification Value") code on your credit card or debit card is a 3 digit number that normally appears on the back of your VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® cards. On your American Express® branded credit or debit card it is a four digit numeric code, normally appearing on the front.

ABOUT DR. RICHEAUX
Dr. Kenneth Richeaux received his M.D. degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1984. After his pediatric training he began the full time practice of general pediatrics in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1987. While in practice, Dr. Richeaux became involved with the American Heart Association’s Emergency Cardiovascular Committee for Pediatric Advanced Life Support in 1988, eventually becoming Regional Faculty then National Faculty in 2004. His personal interest in the study and prevention of cardiovascular disease stems from the fact that both his and his wife’s family have been affected by the disease for generations.

As many of you know, Hurricane Odile recently struck cities along the Mexican coast including Los Cabos, the destination for Synergy's Top 50 Challenge winners. Our hearts go out to the many families in those cities enduring loss and property damage.

We have recently been informed that repairs to Cabo city roads and the Fiesta Americana Grand Resort will not be completed by November 6th, the day of our planned arrival. For this reason, the Top 50 vacation has been postponed.

New Dates
The Synergy Los Cabos vacation has been moved to Friday, December 5, through Monday, December 8, 2014. We look forward to celebrating your achievement at this time. It will be a vacation you will never forget.

Though this date change may come as an inconvenience to many of our qualifiers, please know that other options were explored and this was found to be the best possible solutions.

Good News: Increased Reward
To help ease the burden of this change in schedule, Synergy is prepared to provide more reward money toward travel expenses. Originally, a qualifier was to be awarded $500 toward airfare. Now, Synergy will cover the full cost of one round-trip airline ticket per qualified account.*
