Some of you may have noticed a very little change within your ProArgi-9+ containers. Don't be alarmed! The scoop hiding inside has been slightly shrunk, and if you look closer (really close... like with a microscope) you will see that there has been one other change made as well: each particle of ProArgi-9+ is now slightly smaller than before!

Why the change? The great minds on our world-class Quality Assurance Team have chosen to manufacture ProArgi-9+ into smaller particles so that it's more mixable, and so that it more smoothly pours out of the single-serving packets. Smaller particles need a smaller scoop, therefore the old 14.7cc scoop has been replaced with the new 13cc scoop.

The ingredients have not changed and the formula is as powerful as ever. The servings are carefully calculated to work with optimal efficacy in the average consumer. The weight of each unit is the same... but the new scoop and new particle sizes are just two more parts of ProArgi-9+ worth being excited about.

Note that the change in scoop and particle size was officially made in June and has been gradually implemented across the spectrum of flavors and container sizes until finally making its way into a container near you. Some of you may have been enjoying the new particle size for months now without ever noticing!

A large number of wonderful people tuned into last night's webinar, either on the web or over the phone. They were introduced by Synergy VP Stewart Rutter to Shane Greer, the new General Manager of Synergy North America.

Following a few words from Shane, Drew & Lynn Manning shared the importance of protein, and discussed a few of the reasons why they've been recommending the SLMsmart Health Shake to their friends and family.

Synergy WorldWide is pleased to welcome a new member of our Corporate Team, Mr. Shane Greer. Shane has been appointed to the General Manager/Director of Sales position for North America. He brings with him a great deal of experience, training and talent. Additionally, Shane has an excitement for the future and potential growth of Synergy in this market, and is carefully planning ways to help Team Members increase their success in selling, recruiting and Team Member retention.

Shane was born and raised in Springville, Utah, not far from Synergy's headquarters. He has lived in Southern California, Mexico and Texas. He earned a Bachelors degree at Brigham Young University where he double-majored in Business and Spanish, then went on to post-graduate business studies at the University of Houston.

Shane has spent his entire professional career working in the Network Marketing industry. He has held various positions in the industry over the course of 13 years. Most recently, Shane was the General Manager of North America for a large Network Marketing company before joining Synergy WorldWide.

“My favorite thing about Network Marketing is that it is a non-segregating business," said Shane. "Most businesses cost a lot of money to own and operate. Network Marketing allows anyone, regardless of their background, to start a business and become economically independent. The only qualification needed is belief in the product and the drive to share it.”

Mathias Brändle, a 24-year-old professional cyclist from Austria who is a member of the Synergy-sponsored team IAM Cycling, beat a Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) record by cycling 51.852 km in one hour. This distance beat cyclist Jens Voigt’s previous record by .742 km.


Brändle conquered his goal in front of 900 spectators on the World Cycling Center’s 200-meter track in Aigle, Switzerland. He said the crowd’s support helped him keep his eye on the finish and never lose focus.

These letters detailed specific examples of inappropriate marketing behavior, along with an overall directive to correct and prevent them immediately. These warnings highlight an all-too-common practice that is unfortunately not restricted to these three marketers; the practice of using exaggerated, unsupported and sometimes unsafe claims to promote products.

Beginning Monday, October 27, Synergy will be requiring customers and Team Members to submit their CVV code when placing an online order. This new requirement is being made to increase the security of online orders for the benefit of the company and customers alike.

Additionally, customers making orders over the phone with the help of our Customer Service agents will be asked to verify the CVV number on their card.

The CVV ("Card Verification Value") code on your credit card or debit card is a 3 digit number that normally appears on the back of your VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® cards. On your American Express® branded credit or debit card it is a four digit numeric code, normally appearing on the front.

ABOUT DR. RICHEAUX
Dr. Kenneth Richeaux received his M.D. degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1984. After his pediatric training he began the full time practice of general pediatrics in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1987. While in practice, Dr. Richeaux became involved with the American Heart Association’s Emergency Cardiovascular Committee for Pediatric Advanced Life Support in 1988, eventually becoming Regional Faculty then National Faculty in 2004. His personal interest in the study and prevention of cardiovascular disease stems from the fact that both his and his wife’s family have been affected by the disease for generations.
