CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSURE - AUGUST 14TH

What an incredible week in Maui! From meaningful moments of service to celebrations by the ocean, our Leadership Retreat 2026 was truly a special experience for everyone who attended.

This trip was more than just a getaway. It was a celebration of leadership, growth, and the hard work that brought each qualifier to this beautiful island. We are so grateful to every individual who earned their place at this year's retreat and helped make the experience memorable.

DAY 1: Arrivals & Welcome Reception

As our qualifiers arrived in Maui, there was a sense of excitement and anticipation throughout the resort. Leaders gathered at the stunning Westin Maui Resort, reconnecting with friends and meeting new faces along the way.

We officially kicked off the retreat with our Welcome Reception, where attendees enjoyed delicious desserts and refreshments, live music, and a stunning Maui sunset together. The celebration also featured a surprise and personally curated gifting experience where each guest selected their own pair of premium Hawaiian eyewear from Maui Jim's.

DAY 2: Giving Back at Hua Momona Farms

One of the most meaningful moments of the retreat was our service project at Hua Momona Farms. Together, our leaders spent the day giving back and supporting an organization making a powerful impact in the Maui community following the Lahaina fires.

Through agriculture-focused initiatives, Hua Momona Farms helps provide fresh local produce, hot meals, housing support, mental health resources, and youth programs for those affected. To date, the foundation has served more than 80,000 hot meals to the community.

The experience was a meaningful reminder that leadership is not only about personal growth but also about serving others and making a difference together.

DAY 3: Free Day in Paradise

Day three allowed attendees to experience Maui in their own way. Some explored the island's breathtaking scenery, while others relaxed by the ocean, enjoyed local culture, or spent quality time with fellow leaders.

DAY 4: Snorkeling & Farewell Luau

To close out the event in an unforgettable way, we started and ended the day with two exciting experiences. In the morning, we charted the seas on beautiful catamarans to explore Maui's crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. On the ride back, we enjoyed a delicious lunch while upbeat music, dancing, and plenty of celebration turned the return trip into a party on the water.

Later that evening, we gathered for a traditional farewell luau to celebrate the close of an unforgettable week. Attendees enjoyed incredible food alongside authentic hula performances and fire dancing, creating an energetic and memorable finale to the retreat. It was the perfect way to reflect on the experiences, connections, and rewards that made the week so meaningful.

HONORING OUR ACHIEVERS

Each individual who qualified for this retreat went above and beyond during the qualification period, building their business, supporting their teams, and demonstrating the core values of Synergy. This trip was a reward for their efforts and a reflection of their unwavering commitment.

DAY 1: Arrivals & Welcome Reception

The excitement was in the air as our achievers arrived at the beautiful Joia Paraiso resort. With oceanfront views and five-star hospitality, the resort provided the perfect setting for celebration and connection. That evening, we kicked off the retreat with a vibrant welcome reception. Complete with refreshments, music, and time to connect with fellow leaders.

DAY 2: MAKING A LASTING IMPACT

One of the most meaningful moments of the trip was our charity initiative with the Impact Foundation. Attendees participated in "Boxes of Dreams," a heartfelt service project that combined creativity, teamwork, and generosity. Each team decorated a box, adding messages of love and encouragement before filling it with essential items like food and school supplies for local families in need. It was a powerful experience that reminded us all of the importance of giving back and the lasting difference we can make when we come together for a greater cause.

DAY 3: EXPLORATION & ADVENTURE

Our group set off on an adventure through the historic ruins of Tulum, guided by experts who brought Mayan history to life. After stepping through history, we traveled to the serene Yal-ku, where we snorkeled through clear water and observed beautiful rock formations and vibrant marine life.

DAY 4: INSPIRATION & A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

On our final day, we gathered for a leadership meeting where top performers shared insights, and we reflected on the power of persistence, passion, and purpose. That evening, we closed the retreat with a farewell dinner on the beach. This was an evening filled with joy, laughter, and lasting connections. With the ocean as our backdrop and live music setting the mood, attendees enjoyed a delicious meal and celebrated their achievements together.

North America leaders joined together at our Lehi headquarters to experience Synergy. It is an exciting time for Synergy WorldWide and the North American market. We recently announced a company rebrand and this in-person event was the perfect chance to show off Synergy's new look! The power of our new branding was on full display as leaders entered the office, stepping from years past and into the future. This central focus this weekend was not only about the brand itself, but about revitalizing and strengthening our business.

The reward for completing the Pura Vida Challenge did not disappoint! Leaders from across North America gathered together for four days in the tropical forests of Costa Rica to experience the "Pura Vida" culture. Located on the country's northwest coastline, The Andaz Resort at Peninsula Papagayo offered luxurious accommodations including breathtaking ocean bay views, private beach access, and exquisite Latin American cuisine.
Certainly, each person who attended, returned home with special memories of their time in Costa Rica. However, one of the most impactful takeaways is their sense of pride and passion for sharing Synergy's Elite Health with others. No matter the challenges we all face each day, our spirit of courage and perseverance will lead us to success. We extend our gratitude to our outstanding leadership representatives who qualified and attended and look forward to even more of our valued Team Members being among those who qualify for our next North American event!
