This trip was more than just a getaway. It was a celebration of leadership, growth, and the hard work that brought each qualifier to this beautiful island. We are so grateful to every individual who earned their place at this year's retreat and helped make the experience memorable.
DAY 1: Arrivals & Welcome Reception
We officially kicked off the retreat with our Welcome Reception, where attendees enjoyed delicious desserts and refreshments, live music, and a stunning Maui sunset together. The celebration also featured a surprise and personally curated gifting experience where each guest selected their own pair of premium Hawaiian eyewear from Maui Jim's.
DAY 2: Giving Back at Hua Momona Farms
One of the most meaningful moments of the retreat was our service project at Hua Momona Farms. Together, our leaders spent the day giving back and supporting an organization making a powerful impact in the Maui community following the Lahaina fires.
Through agriculture-focused initiatives, Hua Momona Farms helps provide fresh local produce, hot meals, housing support, mental health resources, and youth programs for those affected. To date, the foundation has served more than 80,000 hot meals to the community.
The experience was a meaningful reminder that leadership is not only about personal growth but also about serving others and making a difference together.
DAY 3: Free Day in Paradise
Day three allowed attendees to experience Maui in their own way. Some explored the island's breathtaking scenery, while others relaxed by the ocean, enjoyed local culture, or spent quality time with fellow leaders.
DAY 4: Snorkeling & Farewell Luau
To close out the event in an unforgettable way, we started and ended the day with two exciting experiences. In the morning, we charted the seas on beautiful catamarans to explore Maui's crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. On the ride back, we enjoyed a delicious lunch while upbeat music, dancing, and plenty of celebration turned the return trip into a party on the water.
Later that evening, we gathered for a traditional farewell luau to celebrate the close of an unforgettable week. Attendees enjoyed incredible food alongside authentic hula performances and fire dancing, creating an energetic and memorable finale to the retreat. It was the perfect way to reflect on the experiences, connections, and rewards that made the week so meaningful.
