Promotion Details

Qualification Period: November 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025
Who's Eligible? Active Team Members in the US and Canada
Qualification Requirements: A minimum of 70% of total CV must originate in North America

How It Works

During the Rank Up, Cash In Elite qualification period, Team Members who reach a new qualifying Pin Level—Team Elite or Pearl Executive—will earn cash bonuses for their achievements!

Qualify for the First Time: To earn this bonus, Team Members must reach Team Elite or Pearl Executive for the first time during the qualification period.
Maintain and Re-Achieve Your Rank: Team Members can earn an additional payout if they hit their new highest rank again within the promotional timeframe.

BONUS BREAKDOWN

Team Elite Rank:

1st-time achievement: $3,200

2nd-time achievement: $6,400

Pearl Executive Rank:

1st-time achievement: $6,000

2nd-time achievement: $12,000

Important Notes:

Only one achievement bonus will be paid out each month.

Example: If you achieve Team Elite one month and then reach Pearl Executive the next, you will receive the Pearl Executive first-time bonus only, with no second-time bonus for Team Elite.
If you achieve both Team Elite and Pearl Executive for the first time in the same month, you will receive only the Pearl Executive bonus.
