Synergy leaders enjoyed 4-days of smooth sailing in the Bahamas! After several months of hard work to complete the qualification for the Synergy Odyssey Bahamas cruise, Synergy leaders departed Orlando, FL and set sail for the Bahamas on board Royal Caribbean's beautiful Independence of the Seas. Each qualifier and their guest enjoyed upgraded balcony cabins and received event-exclusive gifts. The cruise ship provided complimentary dining and activities as well as daily entertainment featuring ice skating, juggling, dancing, and singing acts. It was an unforgettable trip where each day brought new sights, sounds, and experiences.
While each person who joined us for the Odyssey Bahamas cruise was able to celebrate and enjoy their success, there is much work to do going forward. Just like the trip's name "Odyssey," this trip was intended to be just that - an odyssey in the fullest sense of the word. An epic journey that will change everything. Synergy's future is brighter than ever before as we evolve the company with reimagined branding, new tools, and committed leadership. We are grateful to all who participated in this event in any way and look forward to spending time with many more of our North America leaders at our next event!
DAY 1 - SAIL AWAY & WELCOME RECEPTION
On board the ship, we kicked off the trip by welcoming everyone at our Synergy Registration. Each attendee received limited edition Odyssey gifts including a t-shirt, shoulder bag, Blender Bottle, wristband, and sunglasses. Once the ship had departed Florida, we held a Synergy Sailaway Reception at the Olive or Twist lounge on the ship's top deck. Here, each Odyssey qualifier was recognized for their achievements and received special awards & certificates. Each of the top 3 qualifiers (Steve Seely, Mark Comer, Rudy Pedroza & Paul Blad) also received custom gift boxes filled with extra Synergy swag. We also celebrated a recent rank advancement and a birthday.DAY 2 - PERFECT DAY AT COCOCAY
It was a day unlike any other at Royal Caribbean's private island. This exclusive-access, beach escape had something for everyone. The sound of ocean waves softly crashing on natural sand beaches, sunny weather, and shaded loungers created the setting for perfect relaxation. The crystal blue waters surrounding the island created the ideal scenario for swimming and snorkeling. Those who ventured offshore may have spotted jellyfish, stingrays, barracudas, and a variety of other fish along with the chance to explore a shipwreck. A 33,175 sq. ft. freshwater pool was another way to stay cool while beachside buffets kept everyone fed and hydrated all day long.
DAY 3 - NASSAU, BAHAMAS
As the largest city and capital of the Bahamas, Nassau was filled with island adventures for those who ventured off the cruise ship. The cruise ship offered a variety of shore excursions, allowing guests to experience the island's rich culture and history. Some had the opportunity to visit the world-famous Atlantis resort and its thrilling waterpark. Back at the cruise port, a local straw market was the perfect place to purchase local souvenirs and gifts to take home.
DAY 4 - DAY AT SEA
The final day of the trip was spent at sea as we sailed back towards the United States. Everyone had the opportunity to spend the day aboard the ship just the way they wanted. The Synergy staff invited anyone who was interested to participate in various activities on the ship including: morning stretching, pickle ball, and basketball. Throughout the afternoon, the Synergy sales team met with leaders one-on-one to better connect with them and to discuss their businesses.
