CVV Code Now Required for Orders

Beginning Monday, October 27, Synergy will be requiring customers and Team Members to submit their CVV code when placing an online order. This new requirement is being made to increase the security of online orders for the benefit of the company and customers alike.

Additionally, customers making orders over the phone with the help of our Customer Service agents will be asked to verify the CVV number on their card.

The CVV ("Card Verification Value") code on your credit card or debit card is a 3 digit number that normally appears on the back of your VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® cards. On your American Express® branded credit or debit card it is a four digit numeric code, normally appearing on the front.
