Legacy Retreat 2011 - Maui, Hawaii

Wednesday, February 24, 2010

There’s no adequate description of Synergy’s first Legacy Retreat. Words just can’t capture the excitement, adventure, beauty, and camaraderie that were shared by those who experienced the retreat in Costa Rica.

The good news is, you will not have to rely on second-hand descriptions and post-trip pictures to feel a part of the adventure. You can experience the special treatment for yourself at the 2011 Legacy Retreat!

The second annual Legacy Retreat will take Synergy’s top leaders to the island of Maui. This tropical playground is known for its natural beauty, small town charm, and opportunity for adventure and is the perfect destination in which to spoil our hard-working Team Members.

New qualification requirements make it even easier for you to join in the fun. Get started right away and you can soon find yourself relaxing to the laid-back pace of the islanders.

Here’s how it works:
First time qualifiers must earn 10 Legacy Retreat points by December 31, 2010. You can earn up to three points per month. Complete all of the following in one month to earn one point:
• Be on active Autoship
• Be paid as Team Director*
• Personally sponsor two (paid as) Team Leaders or above

*You can earn two points in one month by completing all of the above and by being paid as Team Elite during that month. You can earn three points in one month by completing all of the above and by being paid as Pearl Executive or above during that month.

Remember, points roll over from year to year, so you may have already earned some points toward the 2011 retreat.

For those who have already attended a Legacy Retreat, you have the opportunity to re-qualify for Maui.** Legacy Retreat Alumni Qualifications may be met one of three ways:
• Achieve the Pearl Executive rank for the first time;
• Earn any new rank advancement above Pearl;
• OR maintain your highest pin title at or above Pearl for 3 out of 12 months.

The qualification period will be from January 1 to December 31 to attend the Legacy Retreat the following year.

**These re-qualification requirements are only valid for Legacy Retreat alumni. Team Members must still meet the original qualifications to earn their first Legacy Retreat trip.

Synergy Announces Dan Higginson’s Founder’s Training

Tuesday, February 23, 2010

Hello everyone,

As you know, Synergy is celebrating ten years in business. We now have a presence in over 20 countries and have hundreds of thousands of distributors worldwide. We have the most powerful life-changing products that money can buy and one of the best comp plans in the industry. I am proud and pleased how far we have come, but we are not finished.

As founder and CEO of Synergy WorldWide, I have been approached over the years by no less than 10 different companies trying to sell me on the idea of making their training available to our distributors. Most of you know that my background is in personal development and small business training with the Covey group, so you can imagine I was very particular in reviewing what these companies made available to us. Sadly, no one had anything that was worthy of our Synergy family, until now. For just over a year I have been working closely with a company called Point Productivity trying to get the type of training I was willing to share with you. I am excited and very pleased to announce that for the first time we will launch just such a training program. Dan Higginson’s Founders Training is a complete entrepreneurial success system that will be available to all of our Synergy family beginning today, February 23, 2010. This is a step-by- step personal and business development system that will change the way we grow as a company and as a family.

I have experienced first-hand just how powerful training can be if it is done in the right way. I wanted a success system that would address the needs of all of our Synergy business owners and I am very happy to tell you that I have found such a success system. Point Productivity is one of the country’s premier network marketing consulting companies. Together we have developed a step-by-step testing and training program blended into a success system that will help everyone, regardless of your level of success in Synergy. It will help everyone take their business to a new level and will assist us in becoming a billion dollar company.

At Synergy we have the best products on the planet, and now we have the best success system to match. We have taken the most exciting and unique aspects of network marketing—personal development, a home-based business, and motivational training—to custom-design a program for Synergy WorldWide.

I am so excited to be able to offer this training to all of our serious distributors that I have put my name on it. It is called the Dan Higginson’s Founder’s Training. It will change the way you grow your business, so don’t wait another second. Get started today. Check it out at www.dhfounderstraining.com.

Stewart's Executive Message

Wednesday, February 17, 2010

Team Members,

There is no better way to begin this month’s message than by simply saying Wow! What a phenomenal start to the new year. We’re carrying over the momentum of 2009, which was a fantastic year of growth and opportunity for Synergy WorldWide. Already in 2010 we are accelerating the pace and proving that we will continue to get better, making 2010 a signature year that will leave its mark on history. We are blowing away previous figures and nothing is slowing us down. January volume was up more that 25% over January 2009. Enrollments were up more than 300% over January 2009, clocking in at the highest month in more than three years!

In addition to seeing extraordinary numbers and quantifiable increase, January opened the doors for a new era of Synergy. Our exponential growth required us to upgrade our headquarters and greatly expand our space. We now have a Synergy branded building to call home that represents the grandeur of this company. Despite the fact that our new presentation room is over twice the size of the one in our last building, we have already filled it to capacity with eager Team Members excited to be a part of Synergy events. During our Grand Opening, the meeting was standing room only and overflowing. Leaders from Japan, Korea, Scandinavia, Singapore, Germany, and Indonesia flew in to be a part of this historic event and all attending Team Members helped make the Grand Opening a tremendous success.

Those in attendance at the Grand Opening were the first to hear about our new Executive Car Bonus that offers luxury cars to advancing leaders. The Car Bonus is in addition to the lucrative Title Plus Promotion that was also launched in January. Take time to learn about these promotions and apply them to your business. They can bring you incredible rewards and inspire you to truly transform your Synergy world.

January’s excitement isn’t limited to a new corporate headquarters, an international event, and motivating promotions. Throughout the month we held great meetings in Arizona, St. George, Utah, Colorado, California, and Nevada. Team members have established Synergy strongholds in these areas, among other cities worldwide, and we were excited to venture out and witness a fundamental element of Synergy—Team Members sharing and building.

A key stop in our meeting circuit was the High Desert Health Institute in Victorville, CA where we joined with renowned cardiovascular specialist Dr. Siva Arunasalam, MD. Dr. Siva gave an impressive presentation on his clinical study of ProArgi-9 Plus. The results of the study were overwhelming and many of his patients now live better lives due to Dr. Siva’s use of ProArgi-9 Plus in his institute. We are honored to be a contributor to the positive life changes that are happening there.

On top of all of this, January witnessed our inaugural Legacy Retreat to Costa Rica. This was the trip of a lifetime! I had the privilege of spending a week with our international leaders and getting to know them on a more personal level. They are inspiring individuals who will continue to lead and take this company to greater heights. In Costa Rica, we explored rainforests, experienced breathtaking vistas, and enjoyed great company. It was an unbelievable trip that I will never forget. At the close of this retreat, we look forward to next year’s adventure in Hawaii. Find out how you can qualify, and set your sights on being a part of that experience. I would absolutely love to see you there.

As I mentioned, we introduced some exciting new promotions this year. Many Team Members are already reaping the rewards of the Title Plus Promotion and heading toward qualification for the Car Bonus and next year’s retreat. Congratulations to these Team Members for their tremendous achievements in January:

New Video Tour of the NSP Manufacturing Facility

Thursday, February 11, 2010

This video tour of Nature’s Sunshine’s Manufacturing Facility gives you the behind a behind-the-scenes look at the quality assurance process of Synergy’s products.

At Synergy, we pride ourselves in providing unique, life-changing products developed in one of the best manufacturing facilities in the world. Our parent company, Nature’s Sunshine Products (NSP), manufactures most of Synergy’s products, and NSP scientists and product developers work with Synergy to oversee the development, design, and production of our products.

In 2002, NSP opened a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant with mechanical and quality-control systems comparable to those used in the pharmaceutical industry. We invite you to take a virtual tour of their manufacturing facility and discover for yourself the full extent of our superior product development standards. The tour, found on the Synergy US Corporate Website, walks you through the rigorous testing conducted on each raw material and finished product, takes you through the journey of making each product, and shows you how the products are created. This informative video thoroughly demonstrates the quality, purity, and uniqueness of our products.

Costa Rica is an exotic destination filled with magnificent wonders and thrilling adventures. Synergy’s top leaders can tell you from personal experience that the land of glorious beaches and rainforests offers a trip unlike any other. Synergy’s inaugural Legacy Retreat took leaders to Central American Paradise and let them experience white-water rapids, mysterious wildlife, unruly crocodile, glorious waterfalls, and breathtaking rainforest canopies up close and personal. It was the trip of a life-time…but it won’t be the last. Stay tuned to find out how you can be a part of the next Legacy Retreat to Hawaii.

* Car Qualification Level (CQL) is defined as your highest car qualification level. Minimum Qualification Level (MQL) is defined as the level below your CQL. You must maintain your MQL for the duration of the qualification period or you will forfeit the car bonus. If you do not maintain your MQL during the lease period (2 years) you will be responsible for the lease payment for the months in which you don’t meet the requirements. All monthly volume must be placed in the system by month end. Any returns or other adjustments will be factored into the calculation of this promotion and will impact your qualifications. To qualify for the car bonus, you must have a minimum of 120 Personal CV each month. You must lease the car in order to receive the bonus. Highlights of Synergy’s Grand Opening

Wednesday, February 03, 2010

The Grand Opening of Synergy’s new Corporate Headquarters was a spectacular event attended by individuals from all over the world. Attendees explored all facets of the building, mingled with the Executives, shared their Synergy pride, and were introduced to the new level of Synergy. This event was the kick-off to even greater heights for this world wide company.

Grand Opening was a wonderful success!

Monday, February 01, 2010

As promised, Synergy’s Grand Opening was a spectacular event! Team Members came from Europe, Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and from across the United States to be a part of this historic event, and they will tell you it was worth the trip.

After tours of the new building and the Nature’s Sunshine facility, the official ceremony began. Pleasant Grove City Mayor Bruce Call and Synergy President Dan Norman spoke about the tremendous growth that Synergy has experienced in the midst of a turbulent economy. Mayor Call mentioned what a great asset Synergy is to the community and to the world. Dan recognized that our growth is due to the efforts of Team Members throughout the world.

The ribbon was cut by the Executives and the Mayor, and we are officially here! After the exciting ceremony, the attendees were treated to a phenomenal presentation by Dr. J. Joseph Prendergast, Dan Higginson, and world wide leaders. The presentations were given to a packed house! So much so, that many people had to stand or listen from the hall.

grand-opening4The night ended with delightful Synergy cookies, Italian Crème Sodas, lots of Synergy Store shopping, and plenty of socializing. Friendships were formed and rekindled, and everyone left with a greater excitement and understanding of the sheer greatness of this company.
