We held Gold Camp at Corporate Headquarters in June, which was very well attended and proved to be another great day of training, motivation, recognition and business building.
I then went to Europe to meet with some of our top local leaders and to attend our first-ever corporate meeting in Poland. We are working on development plans to open Poland as our 25th international market. It was very exciting to be with our emerging leaders in that country who have waited a long time to have the Synergy opportunity become a reality. We are hopeful to officially launch Poland this Fall.
We then finished off June with another Gold Camp weekend in beautiful Hamilton, Montana. This event was hosted and coordinated by Pearl Executives; John and Karen Hewlett. It was a first-class event, attended by nearly 60 Team Members from all over the Western United States and Canada.
Through all the travel and events I am clearly reminded as to why I love being a part of Synergy WorldWide and what it is that makes us unique from so many other companies in our industry. It is the people!
We are fortunate and blessed to have great people associated with our company. From our founder, Dan Higginson, who sets the tone and example of what it means to represent Synergy to the newest Team Member in Warsaw, Poland -- we are attracting and surrounded by incredible people.
When we focus on the individual lives of those we associate with we have a much higher rate of influence and overall success. Regardless of all the latest advancements in technology, this is and always will be a “people business”.
I remind and encourage everyone to pay special attention to each individual and address their specific needs, challenges, desires and talents. You will learn more, grow more and have more success than almost anything else you can do.
I am reminded of a principle from one of my favorite books, “The Go Giver”. It reads:
"The law of influence - Your influence is determined by how abundantly you place other people’s interest first."
I know this principle to be true. I have seen it almost without exception manifest itself in those people that achieve results and success.As a company, we experienced some great success in June and I want to highlight a significant rank advancement here in North America - Synergy's newest Presidential Executive, Scott Brumfield.
If any of you know Scott, you'll know that he's one you'll never miss in a crowd. Standing at 6'8" tall, Scott earned his way to play for the Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL. After suffering a career-ending injury, Scott was introduced to Synergy WorldWide.
From the beginning, Scott experienced phenomenal results from the product and knew Synergy was a company that could provide him once-in-a-lifetime experiences if he put in the work. Scott invested a significant amount of money and time in building his business in Korea. He saw the vision of what Synergy could become and knew the potential of this untapped market. Today, Korea stands as one of Synergy's largest and fastest growing markets.
In addition to working as the head football coach at Dixie State University, Scott can also be found at meetings around the world as he works to support his growing business.Congratulations Scott for your success!
