Stewart Rutter's August Executive Message

Synergy Team Members,

I hope everyone is enjoying these summer months. Synergy WorldWide continues to expand and July proved to be another great month in North America. We saw volume nearly double in July '10 over July '09. All key activity based categories increased dramatically over July of 2009. We continue to see more and more people earning commissions and building a strong residual based income through their Synergy business. I am very encouraged and more excited than ever about our future as we move forward.

Roughly three weeks ago we held our very first Team Manager Academy in Park City, Utah. All who achieved the title of Team Manager for the first time in the previous 12 months were invited to attend. We had high hopes and expected to accomplish great things during this incredible event. Our hopes, however, were far exceeded!

The individuals in attendance are some of the very best this industry has to offer. I have an increased level of confidence in our future as we were able to spend quality time with the next superstars of this company. I was extremely impressed with their vision, enthusiasm and level of professionalism. I was inspired and felt a heightened level of commitment after spending such valuable time with them. We spent hours discussing our business, training on business systems and tools, and educating on products and quality control.

We also had the great opportunity to hear from key leaders like John Hewlett, Marty Holker and Eric Glenn. Mark Comer, our first and only Double Presidential, graciously welcomed everyone to his cabin for our farewell barbeque and recognition night. We ate great food, listened to great music, and enjoyed everyone’s company over these three amazing days in beautiful Deer Valley. I know all who were present would agree that this is an event you want to attend! Plans have already begun for the next Team Manager Academy in 2011. Make it your goal to qualify and we’ll see you there!

Speaking of events, we are now approximately 70 days away from our 2010 Synergy Summit in Salt Lake City, Utah. This event will do more to expand your vision and create more excitement about our future than any other event we have held thus far. I know that is a bold statement, but I am confident Synergy will deliver. Your responsibility for this event is to get as many people to attend as possible. We have limited space and the response has been very high thus far. Don’t wait any longer, encourage everyone in your organization to attend. You will be grateful and rewarded for doing so.

I’d like to congratulate a few special people for achieving the rank of Team Leader in July. We had two Canadians who were able to do so. Congratulations to Alia Vanzhov from Calgary for all the hard work and commitment to building a successful organization. Congratulations to my good friends Dwayne and Sandy Schmidek from Edmonton. Dwayne has worked extremely hard and is seeing the fruits of that hard work now paying off. I have no doubt we will be seeing Dwayne at Team Manager and Director in the very near future. I also want to congratulate Steve and Linda Baldock for hitting the rank of Team Leader. She's worked diligently down in New Mexico and we're excited for her future. Lastly, congratulations to Kelvin Sharp for also achieving Team Leader.  We're excited to have another dedicated and hard work leader here in our own backyard of Orem, Utah.

In addition to these great Team Members, I’d like to congratulate all those who were able to achieve a rank advancement during the month of July. We recognize the hard work, dedication, and persistence it takes to accomplish such a task. We take joy in success and look forward to continuing in this great cause. I encourage each of you to remain focused and committed as these summer months come to a close. Fall is approaching and is always the fastest growing and most active time of year for our business. Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded in a big way. I can’t wait to see everyone at our upcoming Open House or at our next meeting in a city nearby.

All the best,

Stewart
