Synergy's Gold Camp teaches new and upcoming leaders how to effectively leverage the Mega-Match Compensation Plan to be successful in their Synergy business.

Typically taught in a setting of 50 people or less, Gold Camp combines the knowledge and expertise of Synergy leaders, its executive team, and others to help Team Members progress in their business and qualify for Team Manager Academy.
