Remember this face? Tommy Bethards was one of our Top 3 finalists in the 2015 SLMsmart 90-Challenge, losing 55 pounds and 23% of his starting body weight. We hardly recognized him! And the best part? He has maintained his healthy lifestyle and weight since the Challenge ended in May of 2015.

After his major weight loss victory, he decided to begin his own 90-day Challenge and coached many others to stronger, healthier bodies. He knows what it takes to lose weight with Synergy products, which is why we've asked him to coach our 2016 SLMsmart 90-day Challenge!

Favorite healthy meal: Chipotle salad
Favorite food indulgences: Pizza and cookie dough
Favorite way to exercise: "I have a love/hate relationship with burpees. It's awful while you're doing them, but you feel so good afterward."
Most difficult thing about losing weight: "Giving up unhealthy habits is always hard, but giving them up opened so many doors to other options. The nutritional guidelines I follow are liberating and I never feel like I'm hungry."
Why he can't wait to be your coach: "Originally, I was really excited about my own transformation, but when I started helping others achieve the same goals I had accomplished, the satisfaction I felt was even greater. Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
