Giving Back in Vietnam

Friday, August 26, 2011

5 Star Legacy Foundation in conjunction with Vietnam Red Cross, top Synergy Vietnam leader Huyng Manh Hung (Hugo) and Team Members Le Simon Quoc Hung (Simon) and Nguyen Tiffany Thu Phuong (Tiffany), organized a phenomenal charity event where local doctors, nurses and pharmacists provided free medical care.

On Friday, August 12, a group of 8 doctors, 4 nurses and 4 pharmacists offered free medical and eye check-ups to over 650 men, women, and children from the outer provinces of Vietnam. 5 Star Legacy funded the purchase of the prescribed medicine while Synergy WorldWide donated bottles of chlorophyll.

In addition to those who were treated on-site, a number of people with eye issues such as cataracts and glaucoma, were taken by bus to Ho Chi Minh City to have surgery, also free of charge funded by 5 Star Legacy.

What an incredible opportunity to serve others and Leave a Legacy with the wonderful people of Vietnam. We're grateful for the tremendous efforts of the 5 Star Legacy Foundation and our Vietnam Team Members for doing their part to bless the lives of those in need.

Synergy WorldWide

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
