ACH Debit Payments to be Discontinued

Beginning May 16, 2015, Synergy WorldWide will no longer be able to draw payments directly from North America Team Members' checking accounts (ACH Debit accounts), however, Debit Cards and Credit Cards are still accepted. 

By eliminating this payment option, Synergy will streamline its payment processes and only affect a small percentage who are currently paying through direct transactions in their checking accounts. Synergy has also invested in updated business software that will consolidate all of its databases, however, this software will not accept payments routed through checking accounts.

Team Members who are using ACH Debit to purchase products and other materials from Synergy WorldWide need to call Customer Service to update their account with a Debit Card or Credit Card. Orders will not be processed with ACH Debit purchases after May 15.
