So that Canadian orders are processed efficiently, shipped on-time, and delivered quickly, your attention is needed with following tasks:
Physical Shipping Address Required
Purolator is Synergy's official carrier for the delivery of all Synergy orders. As a result, orders cannot be shipped to any PO Box address. If your shipping address with Synergy is currently a PO Box, please contact Customer Service immediately to provide a physical address. Without a physical address, your order will not ship. Customer Service can be contacted at (801) 431-7660.
Note: If you live in a rural area, Purolator has indicated that you must provide a civic number or fire number with your address.
Autoship Orders
If you are set up to receive a monthly Autoship order, all products in that order must come directly from either the Canada warehouse with Canada approved products (ProArgi-9+ and Mistica) or from the United States as a PI (Personal Import) order. You cannot have products from both warehouses on an Autoship template.
As a reminder, ProArgi-9+ canisters (MB and CB) and Mistica are currently the only Canada approved products in the Canada warehouse. For a list of PI products available to be shipped from the USA, please contact Customer Service at (801) 431-7660.
If you know your Autoship needs to be adjusted, please contact Customer Service immediately. Any current Autoship templates containing both Canada approved products and PI products will result in a delay in our system until this has been resolved. Synergy Customer Service will also be proactively contacting Team Members who have Autoship templates that need adjusting.
