Now that all Canada orders are being fulfilled from the new Synergy Canada warehouse, here are a few frequently asked questions to help you with your shipping needs.

Q: Who does Synergy use for its Canada shipping courier?

Q: How much do I pay in S&H from the Canada warehouse?
A: There is a $9 shipping charge for every $600 worth of product purchased. A one-time $3 handling charge is applied per individual order. Therefore, orders under $600 will be charged a total of $12 in shipping and handling.

Orders placed through the web will receive a $1.50 shipping discount for every $600 spent.

Q: Where does my product ship from in Canada?
A: The Synergy Canada warehouse is located in Brampton, Ontario.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time for Canada orders placed from the Synergy Canada warehouse?
A: See estimated delivery times below:
ON – Montreal QC – Next day
Montreal QC – NB/NS – 2-3 Days
NL – up to 4 days – travels by Ferry at one point so weather plays a role
MB – 2-3 days
SK – 3 days
AB – 3-4 days
BC – 4-5 days

Q: How do I track my Synergy order with Purolator?
A: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Purolator tracking number and a link to the Purolator website. Simply enter the tracking number in the designated field and click track. Once you see "on vehicle for delivery" the package will be delivered as long as a receiver is home. Q: Can I still order product from Utah?
A: Yes, you can place a personal import (PI) order from Utah through Synergy's Customer Service. No PI orders containing ProArgi-9+ can ship from the United States. The Canada Health approved ProArgi-9+ formulation can only be ordered and shipped from the Canada warehouse.

At this time PI orders can only be placed through Synergy Customer Service at (801) 431-7660.

Q: How much do I pay in S&H from Utah?
A: There is a $20 shipping charge for every $600 worth of product purchased for all PI orders from Utah. A one-time $3 handling charge is applied per individual order. Therefore, orders under $600 will be charged a total of $23 in shipping and handling.

Q: How will my PI order be shipped?
A: PI orders will be shipped through Canada Post. Orders shipped via Canada Post can be tracked through the Canada Post website - click here to go there now. A reference number will be needed, which you should receive through a confirmation email or you can also get it by calling Synergy's Customer Service at (801) 431-7660.

Q: Approximately how long will it take for my PI order to be delivered from Utah?
A: PI orders shipped from Utah typically take anywhere from 5-10 business days to reach the Canada destination.
