Dear Friends,

As we are already nearing the end of the second month of the new year (time really flies!), I wanted to give you another update and let you know some of the things we are and will be doing this year with 5 Star Legacy Foundation.

I will be traveling back to Vietnam at the end of this month to do a 5 Star Legacy activity. We are looking for immediate donations to help support this trip directly. You can click here to donate but I will talk more about that in a minute. First, let me thank you for all your great support over the past few years. We have literally impacted thousands of kid’s lives throughout the world and our reach, thanks to each of you, is expanding all the time!

2011 was a very impactful year as we worked with and supported numerous causes. We continued to provide much needed resources to the orphanages in Vina Del Mar, Chile, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Surabaya, Manado and Jakarta, Indonesia. We also “adopted” two new orphanages in Makassar, Indonesia where we provided thousands of pounds of food, water, school materials and other much needed items for these very grateful kids. (click here to see pictures) Even when we don’t speak the same language, it is so easy to see the gratitude and even disbelief when they receive these items. What a great blessing to have the opportunity to impact these lives!

If you have yet to attend a Synergy Open House, your eyes will be opened as you gain a sincere appreciation for the measures we take to ensure the highest quality products in the industry.

My name is Jake Prazak from Rock Falls, IA. I am married and have two children, Preston who is 7 and Paige who is 5. I currently hold two all-time historical bench press records – 909 pounds in the 220-pound weight class and 920 pounds in the 242-pound weight class. Below is a rundown of how I was introduced to Synergy WorldWide and ProArgi-9+.

I am constantly attacked by people and vendors who want me to use their product and promote it. I am very skeptical and cautious about any products that people try and push onto me, so when Lance Glawe first walked through my door, I thought, “Here we go again”.

After talking with Lance I knew he was passionate, knowledgeable, and believed in the product. After our first meeting I told him like I tell every other person who approaches me, “give me your product and I will try it on myself before even thinking about promoting it to somebody else”.

I used ProArgi-9+ during my training cycle, just before my first world record attempt. During this training cycle I consumed two servings per day. I had a great training cycle right up to my meet and noticed that all my lifts were getting stronger. On the day of the meet, I broke the world record with my first attempt at 909 pounds. My second attempt was even better than my first – I successfully benched 920 pounds I then called for 936 pounds on my third and attempt but barely missed it at the top of the lift.

Even though my strength increased and was able to successfully set two bench press records, I still wasn't entirely convinced about ProArgi-9+ - so I decided to test it on another sample of 6 people. While on the product, each of these six people improved their performance and reported how good they felt.

I now recognize that ProArgi-9+ is an incredible product and will continue using it as part of my nutritional regimen. Thank you Synergy for helping me achieve my lifelong goal of achieving an All-Time World Bench Press Record…not one, but two! I also feel the healthiest I have ever felt. Next goal is to be the lightest ever to bench press 1000 pounds!

BJ Hoaldridge Before & After

"Back in September I realized I needed to make a serious change in my life. Weighing 340 pounds, my lifestyle had reached a point where activity was at an all-time low. There was no motivation to be active because it required stamina and energy that I frankly did not have.
Today, weighing 75 pounds less, I can now be active with my children. I'm not embarrassed to be in pictures and I'm much happier than I was 5 months ago. I still have about 40- 50 pounds to go before I reach my target weight - but I can tell you, because of Synergy my outlook on personal health has completely changed. This isn't a story about weight loss - this is MY Synergy story of a complete lifestyle change! Thank you Synergy."
