We're expanding our Rank Up, Cash In promotion to recognize and reward even more of our hardworking team members! From December 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025, bonuses are now included for Silver, Team Leader, Team Manager, and Team Director ranks. This is your chance to rise through the ranks and earn incredible cash rewards for your achievements! 


Promotion Details

Qualification Period: December 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025
Who's Eligible? Active Team Members in the US and Canada
Qualification Requirements: A minimum of 70% of total CV must originate in North America

HOW IT WORKS
  1. Rank Up for the First Time: Reach a new qualifying Pin Level during the promotional period and earn a bonus!
  2. Maintain and Re-Achieve Your Rank: Hit your highest rank again within 90 days to qualify for a 2nd Time Bonus—even bigger than the first. 

BONUS BREAKDOWN

Silver:
1st-time achievement: $100
2nd-time achievement: $200

Team Leader:
1st-time achievement: $400
2nd-time achievement: $800

Team Manager:
1st-time achievement: $800
2nd-time achievement: $1,600

Team Director:
1st-time achievement: $1,600
2nd-time achievement: $3,200

Team Elite:
1st-time achievement: $3,200
2nd-time achievement: $6,400

Pearl Executive:
1st-time achievement: $6,000
2nd-time achievement: $12,000


IMPORTANT NOTES

2nd Time Bonuses:
  • Earned by hitting your highest rank again within 90 days of the first achievement. 
  • Example: If you achieve Team Manager for the first time in March, maintain it by June to earn the $1,600 2nd Time Bonus.
  • Note: 1st and 2nd Time Bonuses do not stack—only the highest applies.

Multiple Ranks Achieved in One Month:
  • Earn bonuses for each new rank achieved in the same month!
  • Example: Achieve Silver, Team Leader, and Team Manager for the first time in one month and earn $100 for Silver, $400 for Team Leader, and $800 for Team Manager.

*Gold is not included as a qualifying rank for this promotion. Bonuses will be paid out through commissions the following month after the qualifying rank has been achieved.
