HOW IT WORKS
To earn this bonus, a Team Member must reach a qualifying rank for the first time within the promotional period. Team Members who have previously achieved a qualifying rank are not eligible for that specific bonus.*
- Qualification period: January 1 - March 31, 2024
- Active North American Team Members are eligible to participate.
- 70% of total CV must originate in North America.
- The “2ND Rank Achievement” bonus is earned when a Team Member hits their qualifying rank for a second time within 3 months.
*Bonuses will be paid out through commissions the following month after the qualifying rank has been achieved. All accounts will be subject to a corporate audit to prevent fraudulent activity during this incentive period. Any violators of Synergy’s Policies & Procedures will be disqualified.
