He recently joined our company and has been busy familiarizing himself with the Synergy business. Some of you may have met him on the February Nationwide Call or in-person at our recent Experience Synergy event.

Hello Synergy Team!
I am thrilled to join the Nature's Sunshine and Synergy organization and am filled with excitement and optimism for our future. We have had a great start to 2023 and I appreciate all your hard work to kick off the New Year with momentum and success.
I have been married for fourteen years to my wife, Lisa. We have three beautiful children: Jack, Liam and Lily. I grew up in Utah and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Economics. After college, I worked at PepsiCo where I held four different roles over the course of six years. Prior to joining Synergy, I was the Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Amare.
This year, our theme is Bigger, Better, Bolder. When our CEO, Terrence Moorehead, recently announced this theme, he shared a few ways we can bolster these 3 B's. He said,
