Know Before You Go


This week Synergy WorldWide will host the 2012 Synergy Summit at the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo, Utah.

To make your planning a little easier, here are some important "Know Before You Go" details regarding the upcoming Summit.

DRESS CODE

Dress for most activities is business casual. For the Recognition Evening on Saturday, September, 22, many will choose to wear more formal attire (cocktail dresses for ladies, jackets and ties for men).

AGENDA

The Summit is scheduled for Thursday, September 20 - Saturday, September 22. Below is a breakdown of each day:

Thursday, September 20

The first day of the Synergy Summit will allow arriving Team Members to pick up their registration materials, participate in tours of the manufacturing facility, and take part in an exciting and fun welcome party.

Please note that each NSP tour has a maximum capacity of 150 people. Tours are based on a first come, first served basis.

10 am - 8 pm: Registration
11 am: NSP Tour (Bus departs from UVCC @ 10:30 am)
2 pm: NSP Tour (Bus departs from UVCC @ 1:30 pm)
7:30 - 10 pm: Welcome Party

Friday, September 21

Friday will be packed with great information, announcements, and training as we take part in the first two sessions of the Summit. There will also be a VIP Reception that night for all Team Leaders and above.

7 am - 8:30 pm: Registration
9 am - 12 pm: General Session I
Lunch: On Your Own
12 - 8:00 pm: Summit Store Open
2 - 5:00 pm: General Session II
Dinner: On Your Own
7 - 9:00 pm: VIP Reception (by invitation only - dinner included)

Saturday, September 22

Saturday will be the final day of the Summit. This day will be filled with training and recognition as we put the finishing touches on an incredible event!

8 am - 6:00 pm: Summit Store Open
9 am - 12:30 pm: General Session III
Lunch: On Your Own
2:30 - 4:30 pm: General Session IV
Dinner: On Your Own
7 - 9:00 pm: Recognition Evening

WEATHER FORECAST

September is typically one of the nicest months of the year in Utah. The forecast for Summit weekend is projected to be in the upper 70's - low 80's.

The night's will cool off to the upper 40's - low 50's.

Please plan your wardrobe accordingly.

MEALS

Meals will be on your own throughout the event. The Utah Valley Convention Center (UVCC) offers several on-site meal options at kiosks that will be located on the first floor, adjacent to the Summit Store.

Meal options will include a burrito kiosk, pasta kiosk, baked potato bar, salad bar and a beverage stand.

For those looking for alternative options, Provo is home to a variety of restaurants all along Center Street (South Side of UVCC) and University Avenue (one block East of UVCC).
