Compensation Plan Enhancements

At the Summit, Dan Norman, President of Synergy WorldWide, introduced two new compensation plan enhancements that were received with an enthusiastic round of applause.

Fast Start Bonus

The first of the two enhancements announced was the Fast Start Bonus Enhancement, set to kick-off on November 1, 2010 and run through February 2011.

This enhancement will allow FULL CV to roll-up with each new tracking center activation. Currently, with each 150 CV activation, 75 CV is removed to pay a Fast Start Bonus of $37.50. Beginning November 1, 2010, the FULL 150 CV will roll-up each organization with each new tracking center activation and we will pay a Fast Start Bonus of $25.

This influx in volume through each organization will lead to faster rank advancements, increased residual income, and an overall increase in success for each Team Member actively building their Synergy business.

Please note: This commission adjustment will reflect in your volume following the final October commission run. All signups before November 8 will continue to show CV removed for FSB. This adjustment will be made and reflected on your accounts by November 10, 2010.

60 CV Qualification Option

The second announcement was that of a 60 CV qualification option. Following standard activation of a tracking center, a Team Member can now qualify to earn Retail Bonus and Basic Commissions by purchasing 60 CV of product each month. This option provides yet another avenue through which a Team Member can become part of our company and build a Synergy business. This qualification option will become available on November 1, 2010.
