Now you can gauge how well you are taking care of your heart with the help of this quiz that we created.

After you’ve finished taking the quiz, do your friends and family a favor and send them the link! NEW website look portrays Synergy message

Saturday, March 28, 2015

The formula for a healthy, successful, more purposeful life begins with Synergy.

Wellness today isn’t just about living longer. It’s about living better. At Synergy, we unlock your true health and lifestyle potential, empowering you to live a remarkable life.

Today, we’re pleased to introduce a new look and feel to the Synergy website that portrays this powerful message through key branding elements that visually connect visitors to Synergy WorldWide’s mission.

Check out the new www.synergyworldwide.com now.

Here’s a quick overview of some of the primary enhancements you’ll notice.

Mobile Optimized

Put away the laptops because now you can shop and enroll with Synergy on your mobile device. This has been a long time coming and we appreciate your patience as we’ve worked to enhance this particular user experience.

Color

Synergy’s primary color has been updated to the brighter blue that you see throughout the site’s new look. This does not mean that the previous darker blue color is going away; in fact, it will still be used as Synergy’s secondary color.

Hexagon ‘S’ Icon

This icon does not replace the Synergy logo as you know it today. Instead, the “S” will be used as a secondary branding element used in conjunction with the Synergy logo.

Building Blocks

The building block pattern that you see on the homepage ads is a graphic element Synergy will use in correlation with its visual brand. This pattern is a modern design inspired by the Synergy molecule pattern that enhances a message of connectivity and science. Each block provides a foundation for another and conveys a message of strength and growth.

Molecule Pattern

Synergy’s molecule pattern has been a foundation of its brand for years. We updated the pattern to a more modern design that will continue to convey a message of science and innovation.

‘Feeling Lucky’ with Nobel-winning science

Wednesday, March 25, 2015

With only a week left to take advantage of the Feeling Lucky product promotion, we want to tell you just how lucky Synergy WordWide is to have products formulated with ingredients backed by Nobel-prize winning science.

Both products in this month’s special—Liquid Chlorophyll and Core Greens—contain the health-promoting ingredient chlorophyll, a green superfood.

Chlorophyll was first isolated in 1817 and in 1883 was noted to be involved in photosynthesis. In 1915, a German chemist named Richard Willstätter won a Nobel Prize for his chlorophyll discoveries. He found that the structure of chlorophyll and hemoglobin, the red pigment found in human blood, were strikingly similar, and even dubbed these compounds “life’s most vital pigments”. Both molecules share a similar structure made up of carbon, oxygen and nitrogen while chlorophyll contains a single atom of magnesium and hemoglobin contains a single atom of iron.

Willstätter also determined that chlorophyll’s bond is so strong that the magnesium cannot be liberated from the molecule, even by the action of a strong alkali—a soluble salt substance. He then found a process that allowed him to prepare pure chlorophyll in large quantities.

In case you thought ProArgi-9+ was the only Synergy product containing an ingredient that has received the highest scientific praise, now you know. Synergy WorldWide is privileged to have a brilliant research and development team with knowledge of the most potent and effective ingredients that can contribute to maximum health.

Thanks to Willstätter and Synergy’s R&D scientists, we reap chlorophyll’s health benefits by simply mixing Liquid Chlorophyll with water or taking a Core Greens capsule once per day.

The Feeling Lucky promotion ends March 31. Experience the benefits of Liquid Chlorophyll and Core Greens at a discounted price today.

SLMsmart Spotlight Brook Strebe

Wednesday, March 18, 2015

Many terrific men and women are now participating in the second month of the SLMsmart Challenge. Though the process of developing new, healthy lifestyles can be difficult, it has been great to see the positivity and enthusiasm coming from many of our Challengers.

For example, Brook Strebe of Arizona speaks highly of her SLMsmart experience so far. One of the best parts of her journey has been the involvement of her husband/fellow challenger Nathan Strebe. "Having someone supporting you, keeping you accountable and helping you along the way is so valuable," Brook said. "That has been very helpful to me."

Both of them have already begun experiencing benefits of the Challenge beyond weight loss. Nathan, for example, won $250 on his Scratch & Win card. Brook won a t-shirt on her card... and though that may seem small by comparison, she's grateful for the rewards of the Challenge more valuable than cash.

"I have been surprised," wrote Brook "at how my strong sugar cravings, like wanting cookies, cakes or candy, are gone. My body feels satisfied and I actually don't want it. Never felt this before. I sometimes feel bad when I am at a party and everyone offers me all this junk food or high carbs that taste so good and I always turn it down."

You can read more of Brooks thoughts about the SLMsmart Challenge below:

Fall in love with Utah at BBC 2015

Friday, March 13, 2015

Salt Lake City has much to offer its visitors in the summertime. The weather is perfect and there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy Utah's picturesque landscape, whether you are strolling around downtown or roaming the nearby mountains.

Make a getaway out of your trip to Business Builder Conference, June 5-6, and explore Utah. Remember, registration opens April 15 at 9 a.m. Tickets will sell out within minutes so be ready!

Here are just a few examples of things you may want to put on your itinerary:

Shopping

Enjoy two beautiful and convenient, open-air shopping centers:

City Creek  in the heart of Salt Lake is the newly opened retail masterpiece of one of the nation's largest mixed-use downtown redevelopment projects. This unique shopping environment features a retractable glass roof, a creek that runs through the property, a pedestrian skybridge and more. This world-class fashion and dining destination offers over 100 stores and restaurants including Nordstrom, Macy's, Tiffany & Co., Michael Kors, Coach, and Texas de Brazil Churrascaria, in a casual, pedestrian-friendly environment.

The Gateway is a fabulous, contemporary destination that delivers shipping, dining and entertainments. Shop and dine at over 130 stores and restaurants. Visit the beautifully restored 1908 Union Pacific Depot featuring early French Renaissance architecture and original artwork. Also, enjoy the Olympic Legacy Plaza featuring the “dancing waters” of the Olympic Snowflake Fountain that is overlooked by a classic clock tower.

Temple Square

Historic Temple Square in Downtown Salt Lake City is Utah’s number one tourist attraction and world headquarters of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. On your visit to the 35 acres of Temple Square you will be able to see, feel, taste, touch and experience Mormon culture and its pioneer heritage.

Mountain Resorts

Though best known for their annual 500 inches of the “Best Snow on Earth,” these mountains can be enjoyed long after the snow has melted. Utah has 14 incredible resorts, the majority of which are located within one hour of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Several of these resorts provide a plethora of spring and summer activities that range from tram rides and hiking trails to mountain rollercoasters.

National Parks

With five national parks and Monument Valley, Utah is America’s national parks capital. These parks include:

Arches National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Canyonlands National Park

Olympic Attractions

In 2002, Salt Lake hosted one of the most spectacular and memorable Winter Games in history. You can visit several of the competition venues such as the Olympic Cauldron Park (site of the Olympic Cauldron and opening and closing ceremonies), Utah Olympic Park (bobsled, luge, skeleton tracks and ski jumping), Utah Olympic Oval (speed skating and curling) and Soldier Hollow (cross-country skiing and biathlon).

SLMsmart Spotlight: Jim Smith

Wednesday, March 11, 2015

It's been one month since the SLMsmart Challenge officially kicked-off, and many Challengers are already seeing results and feeling great.

Jim Smith of Anaheim has been a positive and incredibly honest challenger so far. He's tried other programs and diets in his life and sees the value of SLMsmart. Additionally, he's quick to realize the realities of weight management. He knows it to be tough, he knows it to be rewarding. Here are a few insights he submitted at the end of his first 30 days:

In your Challenge experience, what has been the most pleasant surprise so far?
"The great taste of the new chocolate Health Shake. I typically mix two cups of either kale or spinach with 3 scoops of Health Shake mix and one cup of unsweetened almond milk. I cannot taste the kale or spinach. What a great way to get the benefits of these wonderful vegetables."

What advice would you give to someone new to SLMsmart and the SLMsmart Challenge?
"Do your daily planning and tracking with the tools provided. Don't be too hard on yourself if you are not perfect and slip from time to time. Get support wherever you can find it."

Health Shake for Muscle Building?

Thursday, March 05, 2015

SLMsmart Health Shake is a delicious meal replacement that can help you manage your weight. However, because Health Shake has been formulated with such a unique blend of proteins, it can be used as more than a weight management aide. In fact, Health Shake may be used as a helpmate for anyone who may be aspiring to build muscle, tone muscle, or maintain a powerful physique.

This is why the winner of the current SLMsmart 90-day Challenge will be selected based on total body transformation and not simply the weight management results. Combined with the proper diet and exercise routine, SLMsmart can be a key player in helping to feed your muscles the protein, fat, and carbs that they crave to become stronger.

Drew Manning is a great example of someone who uses Health Shake daily to maintain the muscle he has been developing and sustaining over time. As one of two SLMsmart coaches helping Challenge participants reach their target weights, he drinks Health Shake twice per day, every day.

Drew’s Muscle Maintenance Plan:
  • For breakfast, mix 3 scoops of Health Shake with 8 oz. of water or almond milk, and blend together with your favorite fruits, vegetables or other healthy ingredients
  • Mix 1-2 scoops of Health Shake with 8 oz. of water after completing a weight lifting workout routine
Drew has also recommended that anyone looking to add muscle will benefit from adding one more serving Health Shake to that daily routine.

Drew’s Muscle Building Plan:
  • For breakfast, mix 3 scoops of Health Shake with 8 oz. of water or almond milk, and blend together with your favorite fruits, vegetables and other healthy ingredients.
  • Mix 1-2 scoops of Health Shake with 8 oz. of water or almond milk after completing a weight lifting workout routine.
  • Mix 1-2 scoops of Health Shake with 8 oz. of water or almond milk before going to bed at night.
When you work your muscles, the tissue breaks down. The whey, soy and casein proteins in SLMsmart are a slow-digesting formula that will aid in supporting muscles. Eating—or drinking—a protein-packed meal right before bed and soaking those muscles with protein is a strategy popular amongst bodybuilders.

In addition, SLMsmart’s formula contains healthy carbohydrates that help support glycogen levels and offers the body a full meal’s worth of vitamins and minerals.

“SLMsmart is a unique combination with a protein blend backed by science,” Drew said. “There is a specific reason that each ingredient and each amount is in this blend. That’s why I trust the SLMsmart technology in general. There is real science behind it. This product is different because there is a medical board behind it.”

Drew said that while drinking SLMsmart two or three times per day may seem mundane, it doesn’t have to be. SLMsmart is available in both vanilla and a new, rich chocolate flavor. He and his wife Lynn Manning have created a number of crave-worthy shake recipes that you can make. The recipes include a Butterfinger shake, chocolate mint shake and banana cream pie shake, to name a few, and are all found on the SLMsmart App that is made available to you by signing up for the 90-day Challenge.

Join the Challenge now for discounted packs and exclusive Challenge scratch-off cards.
