On September 9, Synergy Worldwide will be introducing a new Team Member payment option by launching the Hyperwallet Pay Portal. Fast, convenient, and reliable, Hyperwallet puts you in control of how you receive payments from Synergy.

Here are just a few of the benefits you can enjoy if you opt to use the Hyperwallet Pay Portal:

• Payout method optionality. Choose a convenient way to collect your funds. Integrated payout optionality makes it easy for you to get paid using your preferred transfer method.

1. Transfer funds to your bank account. Easily transfer your available funds to your bank account with just the click of a button.
2. Available prepaid card. Request a prepaid card to use on everyday purchase, just like a debit card. The prepaid card may take a couple of weeks to arrive, so request it right away. All future commissions and bonuses will be made available on your physical card the moment we send the payment through Hyperwallet, meaning you will have your funds available multiple days earlier than you are used to.
3. Virtual card. Use your available funds for online purchases, just like a credit or debit card. Like the prepaid card, your money will be available immediately after we pay commissions and bonuses.

• Faster fund delivery. Our new payout methods lets you access your payments faster than ever before, and integrated payment tracking tools provide you with increased visibility into your funds balance.
• Reduced expenses and fees. This Pay Portal enables us to cut many of your fund transfer costs and/or fees, meaning you keep more of your hard-earned money.
• Local currency payout preferences. Collect your funds in the currency that’s convenient for you.
• Dedicated Hyperwallet customer support. Phone, email, and chat support is available to answer any questions about Hyperwallet, as well as quickly resolve any transaction issues. We value your time and want to ensure that you get the best service possible.

How to get started with Hyperwallet

Hyperwallet will be available to use on the next pay period, September 9, 2019. Call Synergy Customer Service today to sign up. After your commissions and bonuses are processed and ready to go on September 9, you’ll receive an activation email from Hyperwallet outlining the steps needed to enable your account and accept your first payment.

Learn more about Synergy Omega-3, here!

Experience the health benefits of fish oil with no fishy flavor. Backed by our unwavering dedication to superior quality, Omega-3 capsules are highly potent and pure to provide your body with the plentiful benefits of natural fish oil.

Why Do You Need Omega-3s?

Omega-3 fatty acids help the human body in many ways, from the heart to the brain, and even the eyes. However, the only way to get the benefits from these essential fats is to obtain them from foods or supplements. Your body will not produce Omega-3s on its own, leaving you on a quest for either carefully chosen meals or a reliable, convenient supplement.

Why Omega-3 from Synergy?

Synergy’s Omega-3 capsules each contain 1,000 mg of oil sourced from cold water, fatty fish. These mackerel, anchovy, and sardine sources are known to be rich in EPA and DHA unsaturated fats, while being reliably low in contaminants. As an added benefit, you don’t have to worry about unpleasant fish flavors, as our Omega-3 contains natural lemon oil for a better experience.

Synergy takes Omega-3 safety and purity one giant step further: Every batch of Omega-3 capsules we produce undergoes strict laboratory testing to ensure that they are free from mercury and other toxins. You can rest easy knowing that your fish oil is rigorously tested to be pure and potent from Synergy WorldWide.

Benefits

• Potent, convenient capsules
• Pleasant, natural lemon oil to mask any fishy flavor
• Reinforces normal brain function
• Supports normal function of the heart
• Promotes normal vision and eye health

Science and Research
Synergy products are based on science, research, and results, ensuring that they will undoubtedly work for you. The Hughes Center for Research and Innovation was designed with the goal to combat health mega-trends driven by poor diet and lifestyle choices through natural, nutritionally therapeutic products. Outfitted with state-of-the-art instrumentation, the Hughes Center is the hub of Synergy WorldWide's new product development.

Utilizing the center’s advanced technology, Hughes Center scientists verify the identity, purity, and potency of potential product ingredients and work to discover powerful and unique product formulations that support Elite Health. If a formulation proves itself in clinical studies, it joins Synergy’s family of Elite Health products.

Quality Assurance
In conjunction with its parent company Nature’s Sunshine Products, Synergy WorldWide simply refuses to leave the quality of its products in the hands of someone else. Our manufacturing facility consists of four quality assurance labs, each of which plays a specific role in ensuring product quality. Our scientists have nearly 600 unique tests at their disposal to determine the quality, purity, and potency of all raw materials and finished products.

Congratulations to the hardworking Team Members who have taken their Synergy business to the next level. Last month, these men and women advanced to new ranks of success in their Synergy business. It is our privilege to recognize them for the time and energy they have invested into reaching their goals, sharing Elite Health and helping people to unlock their potential.

Please join us in congratulating the following Team Members across North America:

Before raw ingredients even reach our manufacturing facility they’ve already been tested many times to confirm their quality, purity, and potency. Several times a year, our Quality Assurance (QA) team travels to destinations around the world to visit Synergy WorldWide/Nature’s Sunshine ingredient vendors for routine audits. This is, of course, after the vendor has undergone a meticulous selection process to evaluate their processes and procedures. The fact that our QA team conducts regular vendor audits, physically visiting the sites where our ingredients are harvested or produced, sets us apart.

Vendor Audits

The vendor selection process begins in Purchasing. If a new Synergy product calls for never-before-used ingredients, experts from our Purchasing department search for vendor candidates around the world. Once a vendor passes an initial round of screening, the QA team then works with Research and Development to perform an on-site audit of the new vendor. New vendors must be audited before Synergy uses any of their materials, while existing vendors are audited every 2-3 years. Today, many of the company’s preferred vendors have been supplying raw materials to Nature’s Sunshine since the 1970s. Risk assessments based on country, material, and supplier, are conducted every year and play a part in deciding which existing vendors are due to be audited.

When we begin inspecting a vendor’s facility (or farm, orchard, plantation, etc.) we make sure that they follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) — a system that was created to minimize the risk of any pharmaceutical production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product. Synergy products are also tested and manufactured following GMP requirements.

On-Site Inspections

A typical inspection begins with Synergy QA experts overseeing every step through which a particular raw material will undergo. During this process, all of the on-site facilities are meticulously evaluated, including the bathrooms where sanitation items like soap and hot water is confirmed to be available. Vendors without access to hot water for proper employee hygiene immediately fail. This is just one example of our strict standards against which a vendor is evaluated.

The vendor’s on-site quality control areas and practices are evaluated next. This way, Synergy is able to ensure that the vendor’s quality processes match our own. Following this evaluation comes the most time-consuming part of vendor audits: documentation assessment. Our QA team asks for random sanitation, quality control, specification, stability, pest control, GMP training, employee training, calibration, validation, environmental micro monitoring, change control, and recall procedure documents, all to ensure that the vendor is maintaining consistent, clean, and safe processes.

In addition to information about the raw materials, our team speaks to the vendor about their green initiatives. What are they doing to be eco-friendly? What do they do with hazardous waste? How do they maximize their energy efficiency? How do they recycle? Are they involved in any sustainability projects? Synergy prefers to partner with and support suppliers who are passionate about doing their part in preserving the earth.

The investment into field audits and all of our QA procedures is made year after year to solidify our reputation as the premier provider of dependable, effective products that synergistically combine science and nature. Nothing but excellence will do when it comes to the products you trust from Synergy.
