Rank Up for the First Time: Reach a new qualifying Pin Level during the promotional period and earn a bonus!
Maintain and Re-Achieve Your Rank: Hit your highest rank again within 90 days to earn a 2nd Time Bonus.
Stay Consistent & Earn More: Maintain that rank for a third time within 90 days of your second achievement to qualify for the 3rd time bonus!

IMPORTANT NOTES

2nd Time Bonuses:

Earned by hitting your highest rank again within 90 days of the first achievement.
Example: If you achieve Team Manager for the first time in July, maintain it by October to earn the $1,200 2nd Time Bonus.
Note: 1st and 2nd Time Bonuses do not stack—only the highest applies.

3rd Time Bonuses:

Earned by hitting your highest rank again within 90 days of the second achievement.
Example: If you achieve Team Manager for the second time in August, maintain it again by November to earn the $1,600 3rd Time Bonus.
Note: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Time Bonuses do not stack—only the highest applies.

Multiple Ranks Achieved in One Month:

Earn bonuses for each new rank achieved in the same month!
Example: Achieve Silver, Team Leader, and Team Manager for the first time in one month and earn $100 for Silver, $400 for Team Leader, and $800 for Team Manager.

Our Leadership Retreat in Cancun, Mexico, was an inspiring celebration of hard work, passion, and purpose. This experience brought together an exceptional group of Team Members whose dedication to growth and leadership earned them a well-deserved getaway in paradise.

HONORING OUR ACHIEVERS
Each individual who qualified for this retreat went above and beyond during the qualification period, building their business, supporting their teams, and demonstrating the core values of Synergy. This trip was a reward for their efforts and a reflection of their unwavering commitment.

DAY 1: Arrivals & Welcome Reception
The excitement was in the air as our achievers arrived at the beautiful Joia Paraiso resort. With oceanfront views and five-star hospitality, the resort provided the perfect setting for celebration and connection. That evening, we kicked off the retreat with a vibrant welcome reception. Complete with refreshments, music, and time to connect with fellow leaders.

DAY 2: MAKING A LASTING IMPACT

One of the most meaningful moments of the trip was our charity initiative with the Impact Foundation. Attendees participated in "Boxes of Dreams," a heartfelt service project that combined creativity, teamwork, and generosity. Each team decorated a box, adding messages of love and encouragement before filling it with essential items like food and school supplies for local families in need. It was a powerful experience that reminded us all of the importance of giving back and the lasting difference we can make when we come together for a greater cause.

DAY 3: EXPLORATION & ADVENTURE

Our group set off on an adventure through the historic ruins of Tulum, guided by experts who brought Mayan history to life. After stepping through history, we traveled to the serene Yal-ku, where we snorkeled through clear water and observed beautiful rock formations and vibrant marine life.

DAY 4: INSPIRATION & A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

On our final day, we gathered for a leadership meeting where top performers shared insights, and we reflected on the power of persistence, passion, and purpose. That evening, we closed the retreat with a farewell dinner on the beach. This was an evening filled with joy, laughter, and lasting connections. With the ocean as our backdrop and live music setting the mood, attendees enjoyed a delicious meal and celebrated their achievements together.
