Who's Eligible? Active Team Members in the U.S. and Canada

HOW IT WORKS
Rank Up, Cash In 3.0 rewards Team Members when they:
  • Achieve a qualifying rank (Silver - Team Elite) for the first time 
  • Maintain that rank within the qualification period

IMPORTANT NOTES


2nd Time Bonuses:
The 2nd Time Bonus is earned when a Team Member maintains their highest qualifying rank for a second time during the qualification period. 

For example: 
If you reach Team Leader for the first time in March, you have until December 31, 2026, to maintain that rank and earn the $600 2nd Time Bonus.

Note: 1st and 2nd Time Bonuses do not stack—only the highest applies.

Multiple Ranks Achieved in One Month:
Momentum pays. If you achieve multiple ranks for the first time within the same month, you will receive bonuses for all ranks achieved.

Example: 
If you achieve Silver through Team Leader for the first time in one month, you'll receive:
  • $100 for Silver
  • $200 for Gold 
  • $400 for Team Leader

What's New in Rank Up, Cash In 3.0?
This version includes important updates that reflect our enhanced Compensation Plan and support stronger North American growth:

  • Extended Qualification Period: Instead of a 90-day window, qualifications now run through December 31, 2026, giving you more time to build, stabilize, and grow.
  • North America Volume Requirement: A minimum of 50% of total CV must originate in North America.
  • Autoship Requirement: Team Members must have an Autoship order in the month they achieve the qualifying rank to receive the bonus.
  • Supersedes all previous versions: Rank Up, Cash In 3.0 replaces and supersedes all prior versions and qualifications of this promotion.
