What a fantastic event! A huge thanks goes out to all of the Team Members that qualified and traveled great distances to join Synergy in beautiful Deer Valley for a weekend of trainings, service, entertainment and activities.
The annual Leadership Academy is a very special part of the Synergy Success Track, and this year's was no exception.
We encourage everyone who has not yet attended Leadership Academy to get qualified and be a part of this unforgettable event. To qualify a Team Member must simply rank advance for the first time to Team Leader and maintain that rank (or higher) for a second month within the qualification period. Or, rank advance for the first time to Team Manager once during the qualification period.
The qualification period for next year's Leadership Academy: July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.
