I can’t believe that 2010 is coming to an end and 2011 is right around the corner. It truly has been a remarkable year for Synergy Worldwide in so many ways.Our company has taken a huge leap forward in terms of expanding our exposure and influence on communities all over North America. We have seen more lives impacted through the world class Synergy products than ever before. We have seen more people than ever before participate in the financial rewards of a strong home based business.
Most importantly, we have witnessed thousands of new people embrace our cause and mission to Leave a Legacy. We have developed a culture that is very unique to this industry. We are united in our effort to have a positive impact on health and wellness, financial prosperity and service to others. This unity and focus has brought tremendous strength to our business which has translated into success.
Perhaps it is only fitting that we end the year by recognizing three of the greatest executive leaders this company has ever seen. Dane Iorg, Bart Woodcook and Roxanne Seely have more than 20 years combined experience building and blessing lives through their Synergy business.
During November, Dane Iorg hit the level of Emerald Executive which requires more than 200,000 CV in your weak leg. As many of you know, Dane won two World Series rings during a decade of playing professional baseball. He has always led by example and continues to do the same here at Synergy each and every day.
Bart Woodcook became our newest Pearl Executive in November. Bart has spent much of his time and focus building our European market which has been one of fastest growing markets worldwide. He has been as committed and hard working as anyone we have and is now seeing the fruits of that hard work.
Roxanne Seely also hit the level of Pearl Executive in November. Many of you know that Roxanne and her husband Steve have been a huge part of our success in North America as they spend countless hours working hand in hand with their teams. To now have built Roxanne’s position to the Pearl level is truly an incredible accomplishment.
I believe that it is committed and consistent leadership that drives success in any organization. I don’t care if it is business, sports, politics or religion. True leaders encourage and influence people to do great things. Dane, Bart and Roxanne are true leaders who have influenced now tens of thousands of people to do great things.
I love the quote by John Quincy Adams, one of the founding fathers of this great country, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.“
Dane, Bart and Roxanne embody these words everyday in their life which is why they have become so successful in building a long term stable Synergy business. We as a company are so blessed and fortunate to be associated with these three leaders.
What will 2011 hold for you? Will you make goals and New Year’s resolutions to become better and do more? I hope you take time to realize the great potential that lies within this company as we unite together and move forward. The great thing about this company is that it can become whatever you want it to be. It really is up to you. We as an executive team are committed to do everything we can to accelerate the growth and vision that Dan Higginson created over a decade ago. I hope you will see and, more importantly, feel the same sense of opportunity that we see and feel. I hope you will commit and re-commit yourself to be a more integral part of something that has the potential to change people’s lives for the better. We are so fortunate to be involved with Synergy Worldwide especially at this time when the world by and large is looking for something more. You have the opportunity to provide them that “more” they are looking for. Get yourself prepared to be a part of something very, very special in 2011!
