October Executive Message

Synergy Team Members,

I have been anticipating this month for a long time now, when we can all gather together at our annual Synergy Summit here in Utah. I love being amongst all of you who have such passion and belief in what we are doing as a company. That passion and belief is shared by thousands and thousands of people all over the world.

I recently returned from a two week trip to Europe where Dan Higginson, Dan Norman and myself had the incredible opportunity to attend Summits in Dusseldorf, Germany and Oslo, Norway. Dan and Dan leave tomorrow to attend our South East Asia Summit in Indonesia where thousands more will meet and share personal success stories. There is nothing more inspiring than being with our Team Members who care so much about sharing our life changing products and business opportunity. It makes me realize on a much more intimate scale how fortunate I am to be a small part of it all.

As we put the final touches on our North America Summit, I am incredibly optimistic about our future. We are positioned and poised for great growth and success moving forward. The kind of success I am referring to is increased exposure and awareness of nutritional products that promote real long term health and wellness. We have products that are backed by science, research and clinical data, and most importantly, products that are having a positive effect in the lives of thousands of your loved ones on a daily basis. Also, we have a business opportunity that is backed by a compensation structure which is lucrative and rewarding to those that work hard and are consistent in their efforts.

I feel strongly that our Team Members should be compensated fairly and generously for their efforts. There is no shame in expecting to be compensated for marketing and sharing a product that truly benefits an individual’s quality of health. Without giving away too much, we plan to launch enhancements to both our product offering and compensation structure next week. I am confident that everyone will be excited with what we have to introduce.

As great and influential as our products and business opportunity are, they are not the most important reason for our success and optimism. The real reason I am so optimistic about our future and excited to gather next week is because of you, our Team Members. As we travel the country and the world, I am more impressed by the quality of people that are associated with our company. My Dad taught me from a very early age that if I wanted to be good at something I needed to surround myself with great people. Dad was right. We are surrounding ourselves with great people. We are surrounded by people who care and want to make a difference in the lives of others.

Regardless of how good are products are, and they are unbelievably good, regardless of how lucrative and attractive our business opportunity is, without great people who possess integrity, passion and commitment to doing this business the right way, we really don’t have much. I love the fact that our company name is Synergy. By definition, Synergy means: The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects. This is a true partnership and that is the reason I am so optimistic about our future.

I want to personally thank and congratulate Marty and Heather Holker for achieving the rank of Pearl Executive. Marty and Heather have seen incredible results in their business within a very short period of time. Marty is relentless in his work ethic, industry knowledge and support of his organization. Heather is an incredibly talented and passionate person as well. She was just crowned Mrs. Utah International 2010 and will compete for the title of Mrs. International 2011 next summer. She is a huge supporter of Type II Diabetes Prevention and partners with 5 Star Legacy Foundation to champion that cause. We are grateful to have two talented and cause driven people like Marty and Heather as a part of Synergy.

I also want to congratulate Jim and Rene’e Creasey for achieving the rank or Team Director. I have loved working with and getting to know Jim and Rene’e. Their positive attitudes and commitment to changing lives is an inspiration to everyone that comes in contact with them. Also, congratulations to Ed Wertz and Bob and Joanna Weeks for achieving Team Manager. Both of these teams do an incredible job and deserve all the success they are seeing.

The highlight of next week for me will definitely be watching so many team members be recognized for their hard work, commitment and achievements. I believe we will be inspired and uplifted to become more involved and dedicated to fulfilling our mission to Leave a Legacy. I can’t wait to see you there!
